Our warehouse studios in the heart of Stoke Newington offer affordable workspace for artists and makers.

Praxis N16 Ltd is an artist led not-for-profit charity organisation which aims to support a diverse range of artistic practices. Established in March 2000, the studios have occupied the first floor of 3-9 Belfast Road, a former garment factory, for the last 24 years. Our community includes creatives who work across a variety of disciplines, such as art, music, film, performance art, carpentry, street art, print making, textile design, architecture and sculpture.
